- The display has rounded corners. When measured diagonally as a rectangle, the 11-inch iPad is 10.86 inches. Actual viewable area is less.

If I change carriers does my ipad still work
Your iPad will still connect to Wi-Fi and all features that do not require a carrier connection will work. However, it will not any cellular/mobile data plan attached to it. Any features that require this and a carrier service plan will not work on it. -Sean
